Preparing For Your Class
That first time can be exciting and maybe a little scary. But rest assured our super friendly team are welcoming and here to help you enjoy your first session with us.
Here is our first visit checklist.
- Start your journey with our Flow class! It’s designed especially for newcomers to help you learn the basics and feel comfortable from day one.
- Please arrive about 15 minutes early for your first class so we can show you around and get you set up comfortably.
- You’ll meet your instructor, who’ll guide you through everything and make sure you feel comfortable.
- You’ll fill out a quick waiver and have a chat about any injuries, aches, or areas we should be aware of.
- Choose a pair of grippy socks to wear during class. They willl help keep you safe and stable on the reformer.
- Take a little tour of the studio and learn how to use the reformer so you feel confident before class starts.
- Don’t forget your water bottle so you can stay hydrated throughout class.
- Dress in comfy, form-fitting workout clothes so you can move easily and safely during class.
