Preparing For Your Class
That first time can be exciting and maybe a little scary. But rest assured our super friendly team are welcoming and here to help you enjoy your first session with us.
Here is our first visit checklist.
- Please arrive 15 minutes early to your very first session.
- You will get to meet your instructor
- Fill out a waiver from and chat about any injuries or aches pains, etc.
- Choose a pair of grippy socks
- Tour our studio and be shown how to use the equipment before class starts.
- Remember to bring a drink bottle to hydrate.
- Wear fitness clothing appropriate for Reformer Pilates.
